My role at KEYFORT: My role at KEYFORT is North West On Call Coordinator, I am the first port of call for any out of hour communication between support workers and management. I help out with any emergencies, advice needed and sometimes will be required to find cover for sessions meaning our service users are always staffed at full capacity.

Previous Experience / Background: Before I started my role at KEYFORT, I worked at my previous company as a shift leader within different settings supporting children/young adults with a varied range of complex needs. Making a difference to other people’s lives is something that holds a special place in my heart, I have disabilities in my family and I find it so rewarding making a change to young people’s lives in the community.

One fun fact about me: I have a rare allergy to mushrooms!
