KEYFORT has been supporting 9-year-old N for four years. N has autism and his family were looking for respite within their home on evenings and weekends. Despite support commencing during the COVID-19 pandemic, N’s family were able to take part in online meet and greets with potential staff and select a team that they believed would work effectively and comfortably in their family home. N has support four times a week with increased hours in the school holidays; during his sessions he engages in sensory activities such as bubbles and has built strong relationships with staff he’s had for years. KEYFORT’s support provides respite to N’s family and enables them to spend quality time together which wasn’t as easy for them in the past. Every member of N’s team absolutely loves supporting him and understand him very well.

“We have been receiving care for our son for four years now. The management of his case goes way beyond our expectations. Nothing is ever a problem, everything is approached in a professional manner but also not too formal. I think this approach is absolutely what you need when dealing with such personal care in the home. Regular communication and regular updates are provided through management and support staff. I feel extremely comfortable with Keyfort managing my son’s case and give 110% trust for them to allocate support staff to N”
